Worst experience I’ve ever had from any establishment. From beginning to end. My lip is swollen from the wax being too hot after I told her multiple times that it was too HOT, she didn’t care. My eyebrows are extremely bad/over waxed and plucked. Got my toes done, she rushed through the whole thing and kept acting like my feet were a problems because my foot would not sit flat , I was literally using every muscle in my leg to get my foot to stay the way she wanted. Used to be a gentleman named Michael that worked here gave really great service was very picky but now he is not there . All I got was gel French tip paint. It looks like a five-year-old did it definitely not worth an entire $30 for them to rush through it and having to be corrected and it still wasn’t too much satisfaction. I had to change my rating because the service was horrible to pay $30 and be rushed and still not have it to my satisfaction and it was a simple French tip painting.

My sister and I had the worst experience at this nail salon. She asked for black French tip with gems on one finger. He did not understand what we were trying to ask him to fix / or do a regular French tip. He proceeded to fix one hand for an hour. He whipped off the black so much that there were black spears everywhere. He cut her cuticle and he also had long nails and was hurting her hands while he was holding her hands.
