Jessica is my girl!! It took me years to find a nail tech who is this talented and precise. I’m very particular about my nails and notice every tiny detail. I don’t really do nails often but for special occasions I’m glad I have her! I also HIGHLY recommend Tom for a massage in the massage chair. He seriously has a magic touch it honestly feels like going to a body mechanic because I always leave feeling completely refreshed. Bright, large, plenty of stations for manicures.
Not a great experience. Charged me $15 for a design on my gel manicure(1 finger each hand) and it was such a badly done job that it feels like a complete rip off. Not even visible and doesnt justify the cost. The Manager suggested pricing is based on type of design. See attached picture. When I expressed my displeasure at the cost and the low quality of the design- no response! Terrible customer service.
Overcharged for crappy uneven nails and major attitude given when asked to correct them. Not worth the attitude, uneven nails, and WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING and will advise others not to waste their money here!
