Terrible surgery, a certain receptionist is terrible at her job, if you can't be bothered or care about your job, you should change your profession
Absolute waste of time. The conflicting advice from different receptionists and then can’t offer an appointment a week in advance. Seriously you send me the message to book an appointment but then can’t offer one. People work full time and have limited time to spend on the phone or indeed offering out of hours. We done all work a regular 9-5. Avoid this place.
You can never get an appointment and phoning at 8am is not possible for all jobs.
