My Mother recently had a facial at Eden Spa. She usually goes to another excellent med spa in Naples but they did not have availability so we tried Eden. It was not a good experience. The technician was unprofessional and poorly trained. It was supposed to be a hydra facial (which is more expensive) but it was definitely not(she is familiar with hydra facials). Giovanni welcomed me into the spa’s inner sanctum. Both the massage therapist and the esthetician who gave me a remarkable facial were excellent at their jobs! I was visiting in the area so the chances I will go back or slim, but if I lived there, I would be going every week!
Best experience here! I had a lymphatic drainage massage and Botox. I have to say it was a great experience. Antonio is an amazing owner! Will be back soon!
Absolutely loved Bunny doing my laser hair removal! She’s an expert at her craft, so sweet and funny she made me feel at ease and she took her time to be very thorough, which too many places don’t these days! Highly recommend her!!
