My son was in an accident last April 2025. We trusted this company for his personal injury claim. It took them almost a year to process it, he signed a settlement statement February 10, 2026. To date he has been told on more than three (separate) occassions that the "check is in the mail". As of today, March 30, 2026, he has not received payment. Emails are now being unaswered and he still has not received his settlement. We now have to take legal action to get the money my son is owed. Very attentive until you sign to work... read more
