Very Professional
Total scam. Signed up online, never received any kind of acknowledgement. Then a month later someone randomly shows up at my door and I refused. Can't get through on the phone, only received a form letter by email and they keep trying to charge my card.
Snow removal- worst decision ever! Was quoted one price and every plow was double if not more. Customer service is non existent. The mailbox is full, you can’t leave a message and no response from the “contact us” on the website. 30+ minutes on hold for days with no luck at all. Last plow was $259.00 for a residential property and it was never done. We got stuck in the driveway that very day. We have now turned to our credit card company and the BBB.
I was hesitant to use this service due to the low ratings but, against my better judgment I went ahead. The job was accepted and then never completed and it took multiple attempts at contacting anyone to finally find out that this was because there was no available snow removal equipment! It then took multiple attempts with different people to make sure the job was actually cancelled. This operation is a shambles.
