The ladies I have talked to in the office over the years are very helpful. Do appreciate a text message to confirm payment was received on time.
The facility feels safe and secure and I’ve used them for several years. The only complaint I’ve had was once when the concrete was power washed and it sprayed up under the garage door of my unit. The things I had near the front got sprayed with the dirty water. Other than that I’m pleased with the facility.
Always available, and the grounds are well kept. Auto pay is a convenience. The security system is an important aspect and entrance and exit are reliable. Definitely a top notch Storage facility.
