I worked in this home but i would never tell my enemy to work in this home. Firstly they don't care about the staff, management is poor. There is a lot of racism. It's really bad for your mental health. This facility is a bad place to stay. People working there are not working because of the passion for the job but to feed there self. I don’t like the facility at all..they don’t know how to treat people..no respect for them because they don’t know how to handle responsibilities..i applied for the job on indeed and they contact me for the interview…they scheduled interview on zoom and didn’t show up for the interview when I left the message that I was waiting but you guys didn’t show up then they gave me a excuse that they were busy with some meetings I understand that and reschedule the interview…later on they did same thing…gave me excuse that they were ... read more
