The kitchen is only adequate for external catering purposes, not onsite food preparation. Service wares must be handwashed and dried, but virtually no space or equipment is provided to facilitate the racking, stacking, air-drying, and hand-drying of washed items. Storage cabinets are well-stocked with wares, but overflowing with surplus to the point of annoyance.
Eden Hill's venue is breathtaking. Liz was an absolute blessing. She is professional, accommodating and knowledgeable. The venue required minimal decorations because it is so stunning.
