I was the POA for my grandfather who used Eden for a few years off and on as needed before he passed. My sister who lived in the home with him always raved about the communication and patience they had with my grandfather. Phenomenal Clinicians and Staff. Would highly recommended for anyone needing extra support at home.
They were wonderful in helping me with my PT and OT
Absolutely abysmal service. My 5 day old referral to them has left me days overdue for my doctor 's prescribed health care . Terrible company.
Our first nurse visit in oak harbor was excellent. Nurse was very knowledgable in would care!!
Non-responsive. Nurse indicates they'll call to schedule in-home PT...no call. Rude phone receptionist, if they answer the phone at all. Highly unrecommended.
