Absolutely irresponsible and incompetent. They approved my mom to go down the stairs even after Sunshine Home Health advised her that she should not go down the stairs. My mom broke her hip recently and she is still very weak and unstable on her feet. So blood will definitely be on the hands of Eden when she falls down the stairs.
