Not your average medspa! Eden has a clean, relaxing office which is nice but it’s the people that make it something truly special. Kristy (nurse injector), Beth (PA) Christina (NP), Lauren (front office), Ella (esthetician) and everyone else I have communicated with work together as a team to make sure you have a wonderful experience. So far my experience has been wonderful. I enjoy the hostess at the front desk and I am working with Bethany on my health/Hashi's. Despite the decades age difference, I have found her to be very kind, knowledgeable and trustworthy. She's given me answers where I needed hope and has been thorough with my lab results. I really enjoy the clean and calm environment, as well. I also enjoy that she gives me options but does not press me for sales. That goes a long way!
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Eden. I went based off a recommendation and from the very first consultation, it was clear that they genuinely care about their patients and are committed to achieving optimal health, not just meeting the minimum standards of wellness. Eden Health Club is amazing! I receive HRT, facials, and weight-loss help there and have been thrilled with the results. The staff are all knowledgeable, attentive, and explain treatment plans clearly. The facials are relaxing and effective, and the weight-loss support is practical and sustainable. The facility itself is incredible and they are always evolving to make the experience top notch.
I am such a fan of Eden! First of all, Dr. Matheus-Lozano is the first practitioner I have found in years that really sat with me to hear my concerns, order the appropriate labs and work towards a solution with me. I am feeling better than I have in the last 5 years. I have also taken multiple of their group fitness classes and every instructor is kind, motivating and holds you accountable.
