My mother went here to have a new partial denture made. After about three months of getting the run around, they finally told her that it wouldn't fit; there wasn't enough room for a partial. It was annoying that it took so long, but whatever. So, she went to another dentist for a second opinion. The new dentist says immediately that a partial isn't an option; there just isn't room to get a partial to fit. Dr. Henley and dental assistant Susie were so helpful when I got my partial. They’re the best!
Would give a 0 of could very unprofessional and staff is very incompetent. Spoke with office several times about cost of service to verify and when my appointment came in was told a totally different amount. Would not recommend or trust anything they say.
I had the best Cleaning that I have ever had at a dentist office, Telissa Was wonderful she was patient and very thorough. I don’t want to see anyone else from now on. I got to meet Dr. Henley. She was also incredible. I am so glad that I went back to Eden and Pell city
