I was looking for a doctor focused on woman health and found diana good name. I had an alteration in my colposcopy made in my home country. Dr. Diana Good just didn't bother to understad my concerns. She spoke the whole time, i couldnt even ask questions. She didn't listen to me and didnt help with my health issue. I would never recommend this doctor.
Have been here for more than 7 years. Dr good is good and professional but I was shocked by how the reception disregarded patient’s requests. I am in a processing of getting my procedure pre-approved and the insurance company had sent them an email regarding retrieving the medical records on 30 April. They mentioned clearly that it is urgent as the procedure is scheduled to happen soon. I contacted them on 1 May and the reception said they would see what they could do. Nothing but racism, they only need money. they dont give crap about their patients. expect a cheap service. expecially the receptionist and the main doctor
Can usually make a booking, even on short notice, which is not common for GP's in Auckland.
