I want to send the most heartfelt thank you to someone truly special. Today I had a delivery in Freshcatch in Epsom heading to East Tamaki GI , and just as I was pulling up to the dropoff, I got a message from the customer saying the address was wrong. My family and I have been seeing this doctor for 9 years now. She is very intelligent, to the point, and consistently accurate. The staff are always friendly, polite, and helpful. What I appreciate most about this practice is the punctuality – if my appointment is at a certain time, I am seen at that time. The clinic is well managed, and in urgent situations, the doctor has often been able to see us at short notice. Even though we live out East, we have no intention of changing our GP.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with the reception staff at this clinic, but my most recent one was the final straw. I was in the middle of changing doctors and called my new clinic at 8:30 a.m. to check if my records had been sent. They told me they hadn’t received everything yet, so I booked an appointment with Dr. Mark Young here, assuming I was technically still enrolled here.
