Horrible service from billing department! My insurance paid my bill in full after I made a partial payment out of pocket. Eden EMS said I’d get my money back as soon as they get the last insurance payment in. When I called 3 months later to ask where my money was, Daniel, the person who pesonally accepted my payment, said he had no trace of my payment whatsoever. When I faxed proof of payment he said to call back later (he did not know when) because his team (before he claimed that he worked alone) is researching it. This co... read more
