go ahead and skip calling them they don’t answer the phone I reported them to CSEC they called me back told me it’s not their fault they were at lunch mind u I have never heard of any medical facility that leaves a place like that unattended especially since it’s a 24/7 on call help. it was a traumatic day and they didn’t make it any better.
Horrible service from billing department! My insurance paid my bill in full after I made a partial payment out of pocket. Eden EMS said I’d get my money back as soon as they get the last insurance payment in. When I called 3 months later to ask where my money was, Daniel, the person who pesonally accepted my payment, said he had no trace of my payment whatsoever.
