I went to Eden emergency not knowing my lungs were filling up with fluid from my car accident 3 weeks earlier. Hale and Jeffery were my nurses and they were very professional the whole staff was very professional thank you so much for taking care of me.
Bad service... also bad communication between ER Billing Department in this Hospital and Central Billing Department in Oklahoma. This is our second time went there, and the second time also they send us bill to pay the service instead of charging our insurance... our part supposed to be just paying $100 for ER visit (based on insurance information in the card).... The nurse from billing dept in ER got our insurance information, but they were not providing the copy of insurance to Central Billing Department in Oklahoma.... 2 ... read more
