Lady was very rude and also changes prices when you send her message on line facebook inpaticulaar. She tell you less price when you get there she. Increase the price by. Way more !! Which it’s not right !!! It’s unfair Do not recommend it at all.
Horrible customer service, rude and unprofessional I order a cake topper for my kid birthday cake she printed me out a picture that was not edible nor stick to the cake when I called to request a refund she said that that's what I ordered a piece of paper cake topper that you stick on top of the cake with a stick first off who would do that I could have just ordered 12 of them from Amazon for like six bucks like common sense and if if that's what I did order why didn't they provide the stick and the adhesive to make it a cak... read more
This woman has been selling me edible images for a while now but I just got an edible printer because her prices were too high and her images don’t come out nice. I asked for an animal print and she sold me this and refused to remake it for free lol. It’s literally not at all what the pic looks like
Horrible customer service, half the items didn’t have prices, the lady looked bothered anytime we asked about pricing just stuck on her tablet. As we were trying to figure out which cake board to get she yelled at my mom to not touch her dusty cake boards so we didn’t get our finger prints on them. I would have left and walked out and not purchased anything but I needed this size urgently. Won’t be going back. I hope they treat their future customers with respect and get their store prices figured out.
This is my favorite place to shop for my cake decorating supplies! She prints edible images for cakes and they are amazing. She is very considerate and understanding and truly knows what she’s taking about. Amazing establishment and incredible owners!!
