I visited recently and found the interior to be quite nice. However, my experience was negatively impacted by the conduct of one of the employees, Grace. I found her to be extremely rude and unprofessional.As a paying customer, I approached the situation with courtesy, but her attitude was unacceptable and made the visit unpleasant. Had a nice wax experience omg
A great little hidden gem in the city! Highly recommend Brooklyn for massage, both standard and prenatal. She does a phenomenal job. I've also had the most pleasant nail service from Alyssa. She is fantastic and extremely detail oriented. Melissa does a great job with all things skincare. I love the products they use, no harsh chemicals or scents across the board. Overall, the staff is awesome, the facility is extremely clean, calm and relaxing, and services are great!
