Eden Crest responded to me complaint, saying they sent someone and hot water was fine. That is a down right lie. Horrible Company, you can tell by so many other reviews, and they also said I only paid 700.00, funny how I was charged over 1200.00
TRAVELER, BEWARE OF EDEN CREST! We reserved the Lodge of Gatlinburg in Jan of 2020 for a summer family birthday celebration -- right before everything was shut down because of COVID. With folks flying in from California, Arizona, and Texas and driving from Kentucky and Georgia, we realized in March that this was not going to happen. Eden Crest Vacation Rentals.(Just Hanging Out) We were called 20 minutes before arriving and told A/C was turned down too low and was frozen up by previous renters. A technician would come fix the unit for us. No technician ever showed up and cabin was 87 degrees when we arrived. We Called and reported first thing. We were Told to turn unit on and they would call back. No return call was received. We called again and was told unit should be working, and they would get someone out to take another look at unit.
