Bought my Toyota Highlander recently and it was a smooth process. I am very happy with my purchase.
They told me to apply for a loan even though I told them I didn’t have credit and then a MONTH later they tell me I wasn’t approved because I don’t have credit. I don’t have credit, fine, whatever but don’t tell me to apply knowing I don’t have anything just to deny me and then take a month on top of that.
I had a really great experience start to finish with Eden Cars! I had called about a Civic I had seen on CarGurus. They were able to answer my questions about any warranty/guarantee, vehicle mileage and condition questions, as well as some possible negotiation on price over the phone before I made the drive to their dealership. I bought a sweet 2015 CRV for such an amazing deal. I almost wanted to tip the young gentleman the way he spoke business with so much hospitality. Most likely going to recommend this place to anyone who wants quick and reliable business! Honestly 6 stars if I could!
