When we checked out on Sunday they said they were "closed" and there was no where for us to keep our luggage, so we had to walk around Hervey Bay all day with our luggage. We paid $260 a night and no service for luggage on a weekend. Completely outrageous. Although the hotel was "closed" on a Sunday they're still more than happy to check you in and out and take your money. Very bad customer service
Beautiful place ,very clean and comfy
Not to bad, rooms are like home "but very dusty" pools cold spa is cold i don't understand a cold spa? 😫 was quite and in a good location tho
