We used Eden Build for a whole home renovation of our century home in Pelham. Various parts of the house had been renovated by various owners over its 100+ year lifetime. We employed Eden Build to renovate (took the room down to the studs and rearranged) our primary suite bathroom to meet our aging in place needs. Craig was very easy to work with. He gently guided us and problem solved when decisions had to be made to support our future needs (e.g. French doors into the bedroom and the shower to allow for better access) and accommodated our change orders. We hired Eden Build to manage the renovation of our kitchen, plus additional lighting and flooring in other rooms. They were wonderful to work with, coming in on budget and on schedule, and each subcontractor they retained was courteous and professional. Eden Build minimized the disturbance to our day to day living over the course of the renovation, which we much appreciated. We were delighted with how the renovation turned out.
