The lock of the toilet doesn't work and we are locked inside have to call locksmith
Very bad experience. Got the house in house and land package at a fixed price - no price was lowered even after asking about it. After 3 months, the nearby houses on the lot were sold 100K to 200K less than the advertised and quoted price. Very biased. Such a bad experience. Do not trust this builder with House and land package - the floor tiles and the paints are not standard quality and pathetic. Terrible company. Contract isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. The representatives are terrible people.
They are extremely professional and very empathetic towards their clients and their needs. We had a lovely experience with Mark Maglalang and would highly recommend him.
