I felt a difference after my very first Emsella Chair session – I could finally feel my pelvic floor muscles working! After 6 sessions, my leakage is almost gone, my core is much stronger, and sensation has returned after years of numbness from multiple births. Timea is amazing – knowledgeable, supportive, and full of practical tips for keeping my pelvic floor and core strong. Highly recommend!
