Poor service
They double booked us and didn't bother to notify us. We found out by accident less than 2 weeks before our event. And they pretty much said tough luck. It took multiple calls and 2 weeks for them to return our money, which should have been the 1st thing. They did offer another place but it was outdoors, dirty and that is not what we paid for. We went to a 16 the week prior and they didn't turn on the AC or the margarita machine and the 360 photo booth wasn't working even though it was paid for. But we still gave them a chan... read more
