I had an extremely disappointing experience here yesterday. I left feeling so upset I was holding back tears. My hair was left drier than before, even though I paid for a deep conditioning treatment. The blowout after my haircut was rushed and poorly done—it felt like there was little effort put in. My hair wasn’t properly sectioned, there’s no volume or wave, and the overall result looks awful. I wanted gray blending in my hair and expressed that I do not want any "warmth". I paid almost $400 for color/cut and ended with my color looking worse than before, with zebra striped highlights and gray coverage. I ended up buying Wella demi/permanent hair color from Sally's to correct it. I liked the haircut, but not worth what I paid at all. Picture was taken one day after after my hair appointment.
Rushed, uneven haircut. Stylist didn't even seem like she cared to be there at all. And she was supposedly a "level 4 stylist" a waste of 60 bucks. Haven't gotten a "professional" haircut in years and this is why.
Jennissa was so amazin!! She did such a great job of listening to what I wanted to do with my hair and nailed it. It was such a relaxing time and I feel so refreshed with my hair. She got the color so great and my cut looks PHENOMENAL! Love this place!
