Another chain that advertises in your area and then tells you they don't offer service in your area any longer. It makes you think you are dealing with a local business when in reality it is a big chain.

This company is fantastic, and I've been using them for years with great results. Very professional and will work tirelessly until the problem is identified and corrected. My dryer was very tough to diagnose, but they persevered, and it now works well. Thank you very much.

Service was fine once the part arrived. We were asked to empty everything out of the refrigerator before the repairman arrived which we did. He arrived and fixed our unit in no time! Great job!!!

I live in North Collins. Apparently Eden Appliance Repair doesn't exist and this is a Nationwide chain. The woman on the phone told me they don't have any service techs that service the North Collins area. I was and still am confused how a business i called in Eden doesn't service 10 min away.

Very happy with the job!! He fixed my GE freezer so well! Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and conscious of wearing PPE. Will call them again for my future appliance repair needs.😊😊😊
