After going through three other pest control companies in the Tri-Cities, this is the first one I’ve felt deserved a review. That alone should say something. With puppies at home and busy work schedules, communication is key for us. They’ve been excellent. Highly recommend!

Eden did a great job providing extermination services. I had a carpenter ant problem towards the end of winter and with the initial consult and first service the ants were gone quickly. Everyone at Eden was extremely professional, I would highly recommend.

Be very careful what you are asking for and what you are signing. When I scheduled the appt I was very specific that we have a new build and we're looking to find how the mice are coming in and to get them trapped and removed, so maybe initial setup and 2 or 3 followup visits. I was told by scheduling no problem. When Andrew came out he said no problem as well. I became wary when he said he had to go back to the office to get the paperwork (did not have it with him) and then come back again later that afternoon which meant I... read more
