Staff is very nice
The only good thing about this hotel is the location.. the smell of the place is still on my blanket and clothes. It’s so dirty and outdated.. in the shower there was literally a coffee label covering a hole.. never seen anything quite like it in my life. Now I’m seeing the bed bug reviews… this place needs to be shut down.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. MAJOR BED BUG INFESTATION. Please do not stay here. Me and my husband wanted to go on a romantic trip, but the trip turned sour when we woke up the next morning and I had bites all over my arm and the back of my leg. We didn’t realize they were bed bugs until we got home. My husband‘s bites didn’t start revealing themselves until a few days after, which is typical for bed bugs to show up a few days after you are bit. Do not stay here. Do not book here. The location is the only decent thing about this place. There was a disgusting smell in Chalet 700 and dated everything. The back door had no blind or window cover on the back bedroom door and was barely locked with a small hook that could have easily been broken into. The smell is what got me though - completely horrible and made my husband and I truly nauseous. The owners did not care about my complaint and told me to leave if I didnt Like it. Got to the rental it smelled like musty mold, turned the fan on left to eat and go to the allegany casino for fights. Called the number and told them about the horrible mildew smell and was told no refunds. Having a breathing problem i was not able to stay and the guy stated there is no refundand. Horrible customer service as well.
