Specialties: We are within walking distance of all the village shops and restaurants. There is a fire pit which is lit every evening. In the summer our in ground pool is lovely. Established in 1970. Original business was started in 1970`s. Our present owners took over in April of 2014. Major renovations were started in May 2014 and finished October 2014. We are always making improvements when possible.

Bed Bugs! We left right away after informing the staff that there were bed bugs. We showed video and pictures to the staff of the infestation. We asked for a full refund and they would not refund the cost of the room. We were dismissed. We were told they would talk to management and they would call us back. We had to call several times and they kept putting us off never returned our call to resolve the issue. Stay far away.
We found bed bugs. We had pictures and videos to show. They ignored our concerns, told us there was no issue and became rude and belligerent when we insisted they take responsibility. When we became frustrated and demanded acknowledgement of the issue, the owner called the police on us. The officer was very understanding of our frustrations and we left. Loved the little cottage style hotel! Quiet, reasonably priced, clean rooms, and easy check in! Recommended for sure !
I should give them a 5 star rating for the price. I paid only $88 Australian dollars. For this price everything they have would be acceptable. But there are definitely some room for improvement. The issue is that the bathroom smells HORRIBLE. It's not because it wasn't cleaned. The smell comes from the drainage, that I really hope they hire a plumber to fix. I accidentally left the bathroom door open when we went out. Then the smell in the whole room made me almost vomiting when we were back. This is the only issue I really ... read more
