The service from the medical Aesthetician wasn’t the quality I was expecting. Too much focus on selling the most expensive treatment and largest packages, whether you need it or not. Not enough focus on the quality of the treatments performed.
Super happy with my results! Dr Edelstein was very knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions, we talked a lot about realistic results for what I wanted and how it would look on my anatomy. He was also very comforting and reassuring when I was nervous before surgery and even checked in on me right after which made me feel well looked after! I got a breast reduction with Dr Edelstein and have to say I love the result so far! His team at his clinic is super welcoming and friendly, they’re very quick to respond and answer all your questions. From consultation to surgery day to post op, everything went really smoothly and they’re also very punctual I never had to wait for any of my appointments.
Dr Christopher Hong butchered my son’s nose in his capacity at VIA medical. He performed failed deviated septum surgery in May 2024. I think the pictures speak for themselves. Buyer beware. I have never posted a review online but given the hell we are now experiencing (constant discomfort, impact on sleep and general quality of life) and the expense and pain of next steps to correct it, I feel it necessary to warn others. I am three months post breast augmentation surgery. Dr. Edelstein's work has exceeded my expectations. The results are beautiful! The pre and post procedure/process has been seamless - facilitated by nurse Kim who contributed to making my experience exceptional through her professionalism and knowledge. I highly recommend this team.
