Impossible to reach anyone in the office, at which ever extension. Leaving a message on their website does nothing. No one gets back to you. Every option at any extension, says the mailbox is full and hangs up. However good any of the doctors are, one cannot make an appointment. An infectious disease could be considered contagious therefore a reason to respond, after 3 weeks.
Horrible experience I have called 5 times trying to make an appointment with the Dr. Kaswan. The doctor that put my father on antibiotic through an IV cathder at the hospital to continue with a follow up, at his office. It's been 6 weeks and he has not been seen yet I have been put on hold 4 times by a receptionist by the name of Mercedes. Not a trust worthy Doctors office!
I had such a great experience with Dr. Daniel Kaswan and his team. From the moment I walked into the office, everyone was welcoming and made me feel at ease. Dr. Kaswan took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure I understood my options. You can tell right away he genuinely cares about his patients and wants the best outcome for them. If you’re looking for a doctor who combines skill, kindness, and attention to detail, I can’t recommend Dr. Kaswan and his team enough.

I was assigned Dr Kaswan when I got admitted to Memorial Regional Hospital and found him to be very attentive and thorough. I would recommend him.
