Tanya (receptionist) provides horrible customer service when she answers the phone. She may be in the wrong field.
Just moved back to Michigan after 2 1/2 years and Dr. Edílson was my doctor for quite some time! Call them to make an appointment , only to be told that they dismissed me! Told them that that was not true, and ask them why I was dismissed, only to be told because I missed a appointment! They also told me that they hadn’t seen me since 2015, which is not true at all I was in their office in 2000 right before I moved to Florida. Nice office atmosphere with knowledgeable staff.
I'm very unimpressed with this office. I had to wait two months for an appointment with Dr. Edelson. I got a call 2 days before my appointment informing that he's no longer taking new patients and that I won't be able see another doctor with the practice for another FOUR months! Checking for other options.
