Charged me $300 to do exactly nothing. Would have been an additional $400 to just hook up a new thermostat. Very disappointing.

We had used their plumber in the past, and really liked him, so when we wanted some electrical work done, we scheduled an appointment. I scheduled 2 weeks out as I wanted the work done before we went on a trip. November 2, from 8am-12pm. No call, no show. We called the company at 1223pm, and was told we would receive a call from the technician letting us know how far away he was. We never received a call, no one showed up.
Very thorough and explained what he did and what needs to be done.
