Glenn Edelen is very unprofessional. He speaks to potential buyers in a condescending manner. When I inquired about one of his listings, he showed no interest in showing the property, in fact he stated that he had no interest in showing it to me. I indicated to him that his seller would likely not be happy that he was refusing to show the property, he basically said he did not care. There are plenty of realtors in Louisville, many with more professionalism, as well as desire to do their chosen job.
Glen Edelen has been the best landlord I've ever had!
Living in Mike Edelen's St. Matthews apartment was a constant headache. The apartment ended up being in bad shape, and getting Mike to follow through on basic requests was often a challenge. When our unsecured basement with the washer that worked half of the time was robbed, the tenants had to call Mike to ask to have a lock installed. A lock was installed, but it locked tenants in from the inside which necessitated a second call requesting a lock that wasn't a complete fire hazard. (The lock was then changed).
