We had our garage door decide all of a sudden to NOT open. We tried a couple of things from the panel, which worked one time and then nothing. I called Edelen this morning; John called me back an hour later and said he’d be here within the next hour. A spring had broken, which he fixed and then oiled everything that needed oil. Our installer John was courteous and friendly. He did an excellent job with the installation and made sure we understood how our new system works. Highly recommended!
Called on Monday and they were out first thing Tuesday! Fixed a broken spring and noticed the alignment needed an adjustment so they corrected that in the process as well. Courteous and professional with a smooth transaction. I would highly recommend.
