Was referred by Roofing Rain or Shine and was greatly surprised by the great service. My garage door was old and out of whack. The service man came out and got my door back on track enough for it to still work and then told me I needed a new door. At least they got me up and steady in the meantime time instead of just selling me a new door today. Quality service and problem solvers.
I have used Edelen for quite a long time now and have come to trust them for fast, efficient service. I had a problem with several rollers jumping the track and the door was stuck in the up position. I was fortunate to get on their schedule almost immediately and Scott, the Edelen technician, came and resolved my problem in a matter of 20-30 minutes. He was knowledgeable and efficient plus he was an extremely personable young man - a credit to your company! Thanks again Edelen!
Edelen did an awesome job installing my new belt driven garage door opener...It is fantastic and very quiet...And did the job in less than an hour ...Kudos to the Edelen team...Very satisfied customer...And the cost was very fair.
We had our garage door decide all of a sudden to NOT open. We tried a couple of things from the panel, which worked one time and then nothing. I called Edelen this morning; John called me back an hour later and said he’d be here within the next hour. A spring had broken, which he fixed and then oiled everything that needed oil.
