Would give 3.5 if i could but today only giving 3, experience was mid level as the wash bays are very dirty like floor filled with sand and salt and long wait times. But over all getting cash was fast i would not use the brush as it may have touched the ground and can cause scratches so to aviod that i just stick to using the power washer and soap being sprayed from the power washer gun Very busy location keep in mind
I went today to wash my car and for one I fell on the ice that was there and second a sheet of ice that was on the ceiling fell on my passenger door. I went to speak to one of the workers and he looked at me and did nothing, definitely will not be going back there.
Nothing is working properly here. Staff doesn't care to help when notified about the broken machine that took money and was shocking me when touching the metal. At this point this is a safety hazard to customers. Please use caution or visit another coin wash for your own safety.
