I wish I would’ve gotten the name of the people that helped me in the front office, they were great. I needed some flat bar for a kitchen project that I’m doing. And it’s a small job, but they helped me right away and I was able to walk out 10 to 15 minutes later with the product that I needed and I was on my way, they made it so easy. And I appreciate it. We visited the shop to get assistance with modifying a large quantity of steel wire hooks. The job seemed very complicated and daunting to us. We weren't sure if we could get the job done in a cost effective manner. When we visited the shop, JD and his entire team put in all their efforts to help us.
