very polite and professional. i'm new in the biking world and had a lot of questions. they were very patient and answered everything. great customer service.
I went to Eddy ' s with $900 in my pocket driving my less than attractive "work" truck to the store expecting to make a purchase and carrying the bike home. It was Memorial Day around 2:00am I walked around that store for eleven minutes without a sales associate saying one word to me. Let alone a friendly nod or an index finger up...indicating one please please. I found the bike I was looking for it was $630, I had nothing but time on my hands so I researched & price check it.
