Recently got into mountain biking and after several months of borrowing a friends bike. I was ready to purchase one of my own (which I found is quite stressful so many brands,options,specs) but I went into to the bike tender and talked to eddy the owner about what I wanted and what my budget was. He walked me through the options and his suggestions for my riding style. In the end i walked out with my very first Moutain bike and I I’m super thankful for his help and taking care of me on this! We were given an old bike and could not, by any tools we had, lower the seat that had likely rusted. At the biketender he made super quick work of it and when I asked what I owed, he told me just to pay what felt fair. Would absolutely go again!
Eduardo, the owner of this shop, is an outstanding guy. I went in with my daughter to get my son’s bike fixed. He allowed my daughter to play with some toys he had in his shop while we chatted. He was very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. He told me he was backed up by a week to which I told him that was fine. He then came over, immediately identified and showed me the problem, said he could fixed it and that he’d tried to have it done quickly since I assume it was an easy fix.
