Eduardo, the owner of this shop, is an outstanding guy. I went in with my daughter to get my son’s bike fixed. He allowed my daughter to play with some toys he had in his shop while we chatted. He was very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. He told me he was backed up by a week to which I told him that was fine. He then came over, immediately identified and showed me the problem, said he could fixed it and that he’d tried to have it done quickly since I assume it was an easy fix. Eddy is now going to be my go to bike person! Had a bike that I hadn’t used in a while, but was ready to bust it out and start biking more. Eddie did an awesome job on the tuneup and helped to check for any other damage to make sure it was safe to ride. On top of that, he help show me how to put one of the parts back onto my bike. Absolutely stellar service! I came into the shop with a stuck pedal that I just couldn’t get off no matter what I tried. The team jumped in right away, used the proper tools, and had it off in no time and they didn’t even charge me! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find that kind of generosity and expertise these days. Highly recommend this place for any bike repairs or advice!
