My Husband is the patient and we've had Nurses and PT an OT ALL have been Fantastic!! 1st the Nurses especially Susan AMAZING wow Charlie had a hole in his leg the size of a softball or bigger With her care and the wound vac it's amazing how it healed Never needed skin grafts which we thought he was going to need. I feel that it's all thanks to her and her staff. 2nd our PT Suzanne EXCELLENT after sitting so long with the wound vac he could hardly move. Can I just say how impressed I am with The Eddy visiting OT and PT team!! Absolutely knowledgeable, reliable, loving, warm and informative . Fabulous team!! Beyond 5 stars!!!
The company will refuse to send nurses back if they feel you aren't following directions. Poor attitude towards patients with other health issues needing addressed. Will definitely let friends and family know NOT to use this company for anything further.
