What a wonderful home care agency. As a former home care nurse I can assure you they are top notch and the best in the Capital Region. I would not hesitate to choose them again if the need arises. They are caring, compassionate and professional. They truly are a 5 star agency.
I had quadruple bypass surgery and Eddy Visiting Nurse Assn provided follow up after discharge from the hospital. They were completely professional in every way from intake by Tracey, to providing monitoring devices, to the excellent visiting nurses Garry and Tony. Very positive experience.
Danielle made sure that I had as much physical therapy as my insurance would allow. She made sure that there was no gap between my in-home and outpatient therapy. Mike is a marvelous physical therapist. At the end of each session, my affected leg felt as good as my other leg. I felt so good that I could skip my afternoon Tylenol. As an added bonus, Danielle and Mike are very pleasant and encouraging.
