I waited more than 4 weeks for a new patient appointment only to arrive to be told that they don’t prescribe the medications I am on. They stated they called and “tried to leave a voice message” on the Friday prior to my Monday appointment to advise me if this. 1) no they did not and 2) don’t you think they should have told me at the time I booked the appointment? They wasted my time and prolonged my ability to get my prescriptions refilled. Unacceptable. Totally. Very poor patient support..
I went to the Breeze Urgent Care on Frankford Road where the lady at the front desk had me stand and wait on her for over an hour while she kept typing something into her computer. After an hour and a half, she informed me that Breeze does NOT take Medicare. She turned me away when I needed urgent care. My Medicare agent and I are reporting them to Medicare.
Dr. Antonio D. Barksdale is so impeccable words cannot express how genuine, caring, professional, courteous, respectful, great bedside manners, sincere, he is like something from another world. DR Shank, there are not enough positive words to express.my gratitude months amazing physician. He answered all mynquestions prior to am emergency back surgery to relieve my debilitating nerve pain in my leg this past Friday. Be careful as they do test on wellness checks not covered by Medicare.
Quality has gone down with new management. I've had several surgeries in the past as Plano Presbyterian which had great care and great nurses/staff. This does not reflect on the poor nurses. I'm a cancer patient and I went into the MRI center to have an MRI performed in October. While the nurse and imaging technician were great, there was NO electronic warnings posted on any doors, forms, or written consent about removing all electronic devices. I can't describe my time here as anything but as a trauma all in of itself. With the exception on a few golden nuggets in staff. Loved the night crew of my last few days. They actually talk to you like an adult with some since if dignity. My councilor Whitney was awesome. She haunestely helped the most. Mike & Taz were my favorite there. Texas Health Breeze Urgent care at 1225 Beltline, Richardson: Excellent service. Very professional staff. Very easy to get an appointment on line. Nurse Danette and Tan Tran NP, took care of my husband right away. I highly recommend this place. The staff are very knowledgeable and pay attention to everything you say. We are glad we have gone to this place.
I had Dr. Wong do my L5-S1 TIIF with Gill laminectomies in 2018, and he did such a outstanding job, I returned for him to insert my VP shunt with again excellent results. Cyrus Wong is a gifted, top notch surgeon.
