After waiting over 8.5 months of them holding my deposit they did install my shutters. The owner was rude and verbally abusive to me on the phone when I called to get the finish work done. They left holes in the inside of my house wall. they replaced the soffit that they damaged with a different color than what my house has. So now I have mixed colors on my fascia and soffit after they charged me extra for it. They did not paint the house where they damaged the paint so now my house needs some touch up painting. This is the best company I have ever dealt with I stopped by today to have a couple of panels cut Adam said do you have 5 minutes LOL he was in and out and loaded in my truck for me the young lady at the front desk was super pleasant and spoke to another salesperson there highly recommend this company so this is an awesome review for them - Todd Hardy Ormond by the sea
