I am constantly dealing with them flagging my card for fraud on weekends or holidays with no way to talk to a person or get my card unlocked. The only reason I still have my account open is because I have a vehicle loan through them.
Constant major problems with this bank. Go somewhere else. I’ll be closing my account asap.
They use to be awesome. but are going down hill real fast.
By answering phone calls that are routed to other employees
The Eddy Federal Credit Union has the worst customer service of any financial institution I have ever experienced. They rarely answer the phone, the CEO's voicemail box is full so I can't leave a message. The website has stopped working and I cannot get my account balance. After being with EFCU for over 5 years I will be closing my account and moving my money elsewhere.
No one answers the phone. No one returns a call.
Debit card wasn't accepted at a local restaurant ,not enough cash to cover bill so called around noon on Friday they don't even answer there phones, so called wife to bail me out, went down there to see why they don't answer phone and was told as you can see were busy, very disappointed!
That they should post on their FB page or web sight that they are closing at noon for Christmas. A lot of people don't go there every day to read Tver notes posted on the door and drive up window. I don't get off until one and couldn't cash my paycheck so we didn't have money to finish our shopping
Great customer service! Always fast and friendly.
