Last Saturday I was on the phone with Brian Downey; to my surprise he was not only courteous, but patient, attentive, and knowledgeable . For almost one hour, he listened to my needs and tried everything to be able to get me a better price on my auto insurance. He even advised me to contact my previous insurance company and ask them to take off/reconsider one small accident I had last summer which, unfortunately, made my rates increase.
