Very nice mobile home park I have rented from these people for awhile, and so far I don't have any complaints. The mobile home park I live in right now, is very nice, and the trailors are all newer and in great condition. The rent is a little steep although I guess not for this area. They let you mow the yard, or you can pay them 20.00 a month to mow it for you. The lease is rather long and involved. They do get to repairs really quickly, and spray once a month for bugs. I would recommend them as a good rental area.
