Excelente servicio
This shop failed to properly diagnose the issue. They replaced parts unnecessarily while ignoring the real problem. In the end, I spent a lot of money and still needed to visit another mechanic. That says a lot about their competence.
I was told my car would be ready the same day, but it took nearly a week. No one bothered to call and inform me of delays. I had to arrange alternate transportation at my own expense. Reliability is clearly not their strength.
The environment of this shop feels disorganized and chaotic. Tools were scattered everywhere, and staff seemed confused about work orders. This does not inspire confidence in the quality of repairs. A clean workspace usually reflects good workmanship.
