Update….my yard is still not corrected, slope is terrible. A drain was out in with rock on top and grass on the rock that wouldnt grow now I have no grass and just rock. Update……after 10 months of waiting for the yard to be repaired as we were living in water and sand (that we corrected some with paying for patio extension) and after drain was installed we now have sprinkler damage from the work and have to wait once again, the irrigation person stated they came to house on Thursday but didn’t get out of car?? No follow-up for issues. We use the warranty claims and no response.
I bought our house in 2018. The process was pretty good to get the house, and they repaired several things under warranty the first year. Overall the house is nice but I have had several problems that just make you scratch your head. Here are the problems I have had: The little tree out front never has really grown. I was threatened by HOA to have it removed and replaced and about that time it started budding a little bit, however has always struggled. I had a sink hole in my front yard when we moved here.
