Eddington's Eddington's is a neat place to grab abit to eat. They have several locations within the twin cities and their prices are fabulous! They have a large variety of soup, and you have to try them all.
Awesome Soup! Eddingtons is by far one of my favorite places for lunch in the Twin Cities. Grab a cup of the Wild Rice to go, or stop in and get a bottomless bowl and try all their great soups. Definitely check out the white chicken chili...perfect on these sub-zero days! If you live in the Cities and haven't tried Eddingtons, you are missing out.
