They don't know how to talk to their customers nicely. They are rude from the first person who answers the phone to the next person that you are transferred to, to the next person that they feel you need to talk to. They charge your cc before filling you up. And if they estimated incorrectly they don't give back the money they put it on your account as a credit, but they won't let you toss them some cash towards your account during the off heating season so as to build a nest egg for the winter. We never know when they're coming, when we call they tell us 3 to 5 days. If we run low on a weekend we have to wait a week for gas and freeze for 4 days because we can't leave because we have to wait for a delivery. It seems the drivers control the company because no one ever knows what they're doing at the office, if you can even get through to them because there's no answering machine to leave a message. Horrible customer service! The woman slurs her words as if she is on something, yelled at me on the phone, mocks me when she hears my address, etc. I've never been treated so poorly by a company before. If I don't get paper statements, she says I'm looking in the wrong place and should check online/e-mail. If I don't get electronic statements she says I'm looking in the wrong place and they only give paper statements.
