I went in for a state inspection for my vehicle, which usually is a pain in the posterior. John was very helpful and knowledgeable and explained that he couldn't put an inspection sticker on my vehicle until I fixed a problem with my tool boxes (they were rusted and falling apart). The crew at Eddie’s in poca are a great . No matter what I drive or what problem I show up with , they always take care of it . Always taking the time to explain the options to correct the problem or problems at the best possible price and to avoid issues later on .
Had my tire patched, which required the wheel to be pulled. Asked prior to repair for them to be mindful of the wheel, it was new and didn’t want it damaged. Upon pickup there was a large scuff on the wheel. The owner stepped over and stated that was there. The said he had have a video to show the damage. He shows me a video of him standing over the wheel and says see it was there. I told him it was not there and that shows nothing.
